Introduction

If an accordion title has the help icon displayed, the user can click on that icon to see accordion-specific help.
If there is a toolbar at the top of the accordion, these are the standard functions for the buttons if they exist:
1. Clear all: clear all checkboxes and hide all trucks, jobs, etc. The button will also toggle to Select all.
2. Select all: check all checkboxes and show all trucks, jobs, etc. The button will also toggle to Clear all.
Most columns are sortable. If they are sortable, clicking on the column header will first sort in ascending order. Clicking the header again will then sort in descending order.

Common functionality on any map tab

Placing the mouse pointer over job IDs in the Job id column will result in a pop-up that summarizes job details.
In the Geo column:
1. If the L is green, the location address of the job is geocoded. Otherwise, it the L will be displayed in red.
2. If the D is green, the destination address of the job is geocoded. If the D is red, the destination address of the job is not geocoded. If the D is not displayed, the job is categorized as a service call, and there is no destination address. Service call criteria is customizable by the customer on the RangerSST website, by using the page Configuration\Company setup\Company-wide options.
In the ECT column:
1. If an estimated clear time was NOT specified when the job was assigned, the column will be empty.
2. If an estimated clear time was entered, the minutes remaining until estimated clear time will be displayed. The column will be color-coded according to the settings in the Map settings accordion:
  1. ETC warning in minutes setting: if the number of remaining minutes on a job is less that this setting, the number will be color-coded yellow.
  2. ETC failure in minutes setting: if the number of remaining minutes on a job is less that this setting, the number will be color-coded red.

Checking the checkbox will show the the pins of the geocoded addresses of the job, and clearing the checkbox will hide the job pin(s). A pin will be shown for each address that is shown as green in the Geo column.
