If the tow company has not yet contacted CCAS to obtain vendor ID

If the tow company already has a vendor ID

  • If RangerSST has the matching vendor ID and tax ID supplied during the application process, the electronic registration should work. Note that when vendor/location registration occurs, CCAS considers the vendor/location logged in and ready to take calls.
  • There is Tier 1 support provided by CCAS to straighten out such things as tax ID mismatches, etc.
