How Does Messaging Work between Dispatch and Driver?

  1. From the Dispatch Screen, open the bottom panel
  2. Click on message tab
  3. Click on “send message to driver”
  4. Choose driver from dropdown menu
  5. Type in message
  6. Click on send button
