It may be that the vehicle is sitting in “Pending” inventory - the panel on the right side of the browser window. You will first need to admit the vehicle into the lot in order to see it on the inventory list.
If you don't find your vehicle in pending inventory, a Lot may not have been selected as the tow destination on the Dispatch new job entry screen. You will need to go back to the dispatch board, review closed jobs for the vehicle you wish to find, then manually enter the vehicle into the lot.
A hold on a vehicle can be added for any reason, which will prevent the vehicle from being inadvertently released, e.g., police requested an evidence hold. Note that Holds also prevent the selection of a processing plan or recording a payment.
If there is already a Hold on a vehicle, the pricing or pricing plan cannot be changed, but the vehicle can be returned to inventory.
