Extras are additional, flat-rate charges on a storage job, such as an access or administrative fee or a prepaid retow (see Retow).
These extra fees must be added to the invoice and saved before any payment is accepted. Pricing cannot be changed after payment is accepted.
To add “extra” fees to an invoice, they must be configured in the storage pricing templates.
To add extras to a new or existing pricing template, go to: Configuration»Pricing setup»Pricing templates:
Log out and back in to RangerSST again, and the new Extra should be visible from the Storage Extras list on the Vehicle pricing tab in Lot Management. The extra must be added to each individual pricing template and saved.
