Extras are additional, flat-rate charges on a storage job, such as an access or administrative fee or a prepaid retow (see Retow).

These extra fees must be added to the invoice and saved before any payment is accepted. Pricing cannot be changed after payment is accepted.

To make these fees available on the storage pricing tab, they must be configured in each storage pricing template where they are needed.

To add “Extras” to a new or existing pricing template, Configuration»Pricing setup»Pricing templates:

1. Open the yellow storage pricing template to which the extra must be added
2. Click on the Extras tab to view currently assigned extras
3. Click the green + Add an extra to template and select the extra to add
4. Tab to enter the $ price
5. If the desired extra isn't visible, add it to the list with the green + Make a new extra available button
6. Scroll up and save the pricing template when you are done.

Log out and in to RangerSST again, and the new Extra will be available visible from the Storage Extras list on the Vehicle pricing tab in Lot Management.
