There are two ways to create “Extras,” which are additional charges that can be added to a storage job. - Create and name the charges as “items” and group to create an “item template” that can be attached to a pricing template for Storage.
Which is the better way depends on the pricing philosophy your company has adopted. For example, if pricing for extra charges are the same for all your accounts or are based on time or quantity, it would be quicker to create them as items and group them into an “Item Template” for storage and attach to a pricing template.
