Lots have been set up, the dispatcher (or the driver) can choose a lot(s) as a tow destination which populates the destination address and placed the towed vehicle in a Pending area.

1. From Main Menu, go to left navigation pane/Lot management/Configure lots
2. Enter a name for your lot(s), enter the complete address, and Save

Create as many lots as you need.

Some customers use slot numbers/letters for each vehicle; those can be input as part of the pending to admit process.
