To set up and configure your lots in Ranger, from the left navigation pane, click on Lot Management, then Configure lots.

When you reach the Company lot detail screen (see below),

1. Type the name of your lot (which will become available when entering a new job in Dispatch Direct) and complete the address, city, state and zip fields. Phone is optional but recommended.
2. You will notice that Ranger finds the GPS coordinates for the new lot in the Latitude/Longitude fields.
3. Click the save button at the bottom of the window.

Click on the sliding pane from the right side of the pane to see your lots. To add another lot, click the “Reset” button and repeat instructions above for each lot.

When a Lot is selected as the destination from Dispatch, the vehicle will automatically enter the Pending area which is available from the slide out pane on the right of the Lot Management tab. All owner and vehicle information from the tow job imports into the Vehicle Details panel.
