To cancel a job, view the Job Details page. At the bottom right of the page is the Cancellation Popdown. You can choose a reason from the dropdown menu or type in your own. Click the Cancel Job button and the A (Assigned)column will display the letter “X” which indicates the job is cancelled.

Process is the same for both open and closed jobs.
