Job reasons are important because they can communicate to the driver the purpose of the call, e.g., winch out, jumpstart, fuel delivery, breakdown. The job reason will appear in the Job Details sent to the driver's android device. In addition, job reason also provides another report category by which to view or print reports.

To create job reasons, go to Configuration/company setup/Job reasons. Just click Add reason. To delete reasons, click in the Delete? box.

Job reasons are available from a drop down menu on the Job Entry screen in DispatchDirectTM and is configurable by the customer.
