Job reasons are important because they can communicate to the driver the purpose of the call, e.g., winch out, jumpstart, fuel delivery, breakdown, as well as provide another category from which to review reports.

To create job reasons, go to Configuration/company setup/Job reasons. Just click Add reason. To delete reasons, click in the Delete? box.

Job reasons are available from a drop down menu on the Job Entry screen in DispatchDirectTM and is configurable by the customer.
