Device Messages are a customer configurable list of preset, common messages that the driver can send to dispatch.
To configure device messages, go to Configuration/Device setup/Device messages and click the “Add message” text just below the Device Messages toolbar.
To change the order in which the messages appear on the drivers' list, type larger or smaller number next to each message in the “Order” column next to the item.
