+The first time, you will have to set up some permissions.  If this is the case, follow these steps:
+  * If you see the message "TOW2 Requests App Auto Invocation Permissions" message, hit *LD*, which selects the "Grant" soft key

+You should now see the Ranger splash screen.

+  * From app main menu, repeat *DA* until the Logout menu option is selected.

+  * If the phone has queued up messages to be delivered to Ranger, logout will be prevented, and the message "There is X messages queued up to be sent..." will be displayed.
