+Extras are additional, flat-rate charges on a storage job, such as an access or administrative fee or a prepaid retow (see Retow).
+These extra fees must be added to the invoice and saved before any payment is accepted. **//Pricing cannot be changed after payment is accepted. //**
+To add "extra" fees to an invoice, they must be configured in pricing parameters of  the storage pricing templates.
+Go to: Configuration>>Pricing setup>>Pricing templates:
+  - Open the yellow storage pricing template(s) to which the extra must be added
+  - Click on the Extras tab to view currently assigned extras
+  - Click the green + Add an extra to template and select the extra to add
+  - Tab to enter the $ price
+  - If the desired extra isn't visible, it must first be added to the list of extras.  Click on the green + Make a new extra available button
+  - Type in the name of the extra, then go back to step 3 and 4.
+  - Scroll up and save the pricing template when you are done.
+The new Extra should be visible from the Storage Extras list on the Vehicle pricing tab in Lot Management.  The extra must be added to each individual pricing template and saved.
