+Other Parameters are completely defined by you and can be based on any criteria you wish.  Some common examples include:  tenure, completing certifications and training, proficiency using the Android device, attendance thresholds, consistency in completing pre-shift checklist/being prepared for shift, or by other parameters you can measure or quantify.
+To encourage operational improvement, it may be worthwhile to employ multiple strategies to align desired behaviors with operational objectives.
+  * For your employees who are motivated from within to do a good job and take pride in their work, they will be motivated when they understand the impact a desired behavior has on the bigger picture.
+  * For your employees who are more motivated by financial rewards or perks, having a piece of their compensation tied to specific behaviors may be most effective.
+To utilize the "user-defined" functionality in Ranger, define your commission structure and decide on the "base" commission.  Then set up customized commission structures from Configuration/Pricing setup/Shifts/commission and complete the appropriate fields as shown below.
+For example, if you set your base commission at xx%, your drivers can earn additional percentages based on your defined criteria. (See example below of user defined fields.)
