+Before beginning to download apps, install each device’s screen protector, SD card (if used), Otterbox, and fully charge the phones and/or tablets. When devices are charged, power on the device and adjust the Security and Location settings as shown below before continuing.
+. View all the Apps and tap the Settings icon,
+. Scroll and Tap on Security, look under Security on the right side, checkbox tap “Unknown Sources” which will allow installation of non-Market apps (verbage may vary based on device and version).  You will need a a Google account to install apps from the Google PlayStore.
+. Go back to Settings, just above Security tap “Location Sources” and check “Use GPS Satellites.”
+. Download the Ranger CommLink application:
+    Go to Applications and tap on the Globe (or go to Internet) to get a browser window.
+    Type in the following URL: [[http://www1.rangersst.com/mobile/android]], and click the orange download button.
+. After download is complete, go to the Downloads screen and select the application called “TOW2.apk” and choose “Install.”
+. After installation, choose done.
+. Please note that the Ranger App uses power and should be closed (settings/applications/running/stop) when not in use.
