+The Lot Management functionality in Ranger has been designed around the stringent requirements for a large lot operator with multiple municipal and private lots, complex fee structures and demanding operating requirements.  More specifically:
+  * Lots can be managed from a web browser on a desktop or laptop computer in an office at the Lot, and
+  * Lots can be managed from an Android mobile device via Ranger’s new LotMasterTM  app, which gives lot attendants mobility as well as the ability to process vehicles.
+  * Vehicles towed to a Lot enter a “Pending Vehicles” area in Ranger where operationally required information--such as vehicle condition and/or pictures--can be documented and time-stamped before vehicle is even admitted to the Lot--or the vehicle can be admitted immediately.
+  * There are three possible paths out of the Lot:
+     - Release to Owner
+     - Sell at auction (records sale revenue less storage/fees)
+     - Dispose of vehicle (records parts salvaged revenue less storage/fees)
